the TEAM . . YAY

This past weekend I got to meet the team of students and staff that I will be heading to Botswana with. It was so amazing. Campus Crusade for Christ did a great job filling us in with tons of information about international sumer projects. I really felt like they really took the time to put our project books together and to answer all the questions we had.

The team I will be traveling with is 150% wonderful! We laughed so much and just had a great time getting to know eachother. The night we met we played this game called "Who Were You in High School", where each person takes a turn and tries to guess who everyone else was in high school . . . i mean because how much have we grown and changed since then?! So it was hilarious!

The site is geting more and more views, so thank you for taking the time to check it out! I am praying each day for the the Lord to move in big ways and I know He will.

1 Timothy 6:17-21 (The Message)
17-19Tell those rich in this world's wealth to quit being so obsessed with money, which is here today and gone tomorrow. 20-21And oh, my dear Timothy, guard the treasure you were given! Guard it with your life. Avoid the talk-show religion and the practiced confusion of the so-called experts. People caught up in a lot of talk can miss the whole point of faith.

There is this musician named Johnny Diaz, and I was struggling yesterday with feeling beautiful, ya know how every woman picks her body apart? well it was that kind of Tuesday. I was having a hard time remembering that the most beautiful thing about me was the love of God in me, and this song "more beautiful you" helped me remember and changed my day.

Here We Go1

Tomorrow is the big day! The first batch of twenty letters goes in the mail. I am so excited to see how the Lord is going to provide for this trip.
Some Updates:
In just a week I will be meeting my team and we will get our project books, which will be full of all the information about our project. . . YAY!
